Gifts Cards

Gifts Cards are non refundable and cannot be converted or redeemed for cash.

General Returns

We currently do not accept returns. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)  also cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. oralleecelebrations@outlook.com.  

 

Damages and issues 

Please Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept exchanges.

 

Balloon Bouquet Contract

Retainer Fee

  • Orders paid in full are not subject to a retainer fee and reserve their dates upon purchase.
  • For Orders paid with split payments a retainer fee of 25% will be required in order to reserve any dates. This 25% is considered the first payment towards your balloon bouquet, it is not an additional fee.

Design

  • Orallee Celebrations reserves all rights to the design created and purchased. 
  • Purchase of your custom design does not buy exclusivity and or design rights to the mockup created. It therefore can be redone and recreated for other clients.
  • Changes to design after mockup approval is subject to $40 minimum fee. Orallee Celebrations reserves the right to increase the fee depending on the materials needed for the new design.

Substitutions

  • In the possible case that a material can no longer be obtained to complete the design approved. Orallee Celebrations reserves the right to make substitutions of equal; or greater value. Orallee Celebrations will use its best efforts to maintain the look and feel of the specific arrangement by the shape, size, style and colour combinations.

Rescheduling

  • The Client has the freedom to reschedule the installation by calling (647) 373- 0864 or sending a request by email to oralleecelebrations@outlook.com with 7 day advance notice.
  • The Client may reschedule for any date within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of Orallee Celebrations, without being charged a cancellation fee. The reschedule date is subject to availability. If we are unavailable, the below cancellation policies and fees will apply. 
  • Rescheduling only alters delivery date. Not approved design.
  • An attempt to reschedule an order less than 7days before an event will be considered canceled and below cancellation policies and fee will apply.

Cancellation

  • The Client has the freedom to cancel within 7 days of the scheduled event by contacting Orallee Celebrations by phone or email. If cancellation request is not received by Orallee Celebrations within 7 days of the scheduled installation, the Client will assume a $150 cancellation fee. Please note, any and all payments made towards the balloon bouquet (included but not limited to retainer fee, materials, supplies, labor, etc.) will be forfeited and considered non-refundable.
  • All Orders are non refundable. 

 

Safety

  • Client is responsible for all of its purchased products after installation is complete. Client is responsible for supervising all use and preventing all misuse of balloons and materials used. Client hereby agrees to hold harmless and without liability, Orallee Celebrations and all owners or employees from and of the following:  Slipping on broken balloons  Latex allergies, children and/or adults putting balloons in their mouths and choking. Eye/facial/body injuries from popping balloons. Heart attacks from balloons popping. Hearing loss due to balloons popping.  Lesions, abrasions, suffocation, choking, loss of sight, loss of hearing, dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, broken body parts, death or any other personal or property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by the  balloons.

LifeSpan

  • All Orders are made fresh for delivery day to ensure the life of your balloons. Ensure your delivery date is either the morning before or of your event.
  • During delivery Balloon arrangement can be placed in the event area to eliminate further movement. If this service is denied and the client prefers to set up and move balloon bouquet themselves. Orallee Celebration is no longer held responsible for any damage that can occur by relocation.
  • Orallee Celebrations balloons are created for indoor events and are not intended for outdoor use. Therefore we are not responsible for weather/ outdoor related damage.
