Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Shipment and deliveries do not occur during holidays. If there is a large volume of orders and we are experiencing delays this will be communicated via email.

Shipping rates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based off of the weight of product. Local balloon delivery is a fixed price based off of region. 

P.O. addresses must select Canada Post shipping method at check out.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When you order is placed you will receive  shipment confirmation.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orallee Celebrations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, etc.).

Damages 

Orallee Celebrations is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or oralleecelebrations@outlook.com Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We only offer shipping within Canada and the USA at this time.

Returns Policy
